Depending on how you use the service, this can include account/contact information, CareerDNA answers and report data, basic education/career context, AI conversation content, technical/security logs and booking/service references where integration is available.

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, save reports, personalise relevant guidance, respond to support requests, improve product quality, prevent abuse and support counselling/service delivery where requested. Authorized Myaibaba operations staff may access report, conversation and handoff records when needed for support, follow-up, safety, quality or service delivery.

CareerDNA and AI data

CareerDNA scoring is deterministic. Starting CareerDNA records the current consent-policy version and time. AI conversations may be sent to the configured AI service together with limited relevant profile/report context needed to answer the request. Routine CareerDNA score explanations may be served locally from the saved report without an AI API call.

Your choices and data requests

Registered users may request access, correction or deletion of personal data through the contact channel. Myaibaba also integrates its profile, CareerDNA and conversation records with WordPress personal-data export/erase tools available to the site administrator.

Children and students

Myaibaba is used in an education context and may be accessed by minors. Users should provide only information necessary for career guidance. Where parental/guardian consent is legally or operationally required, the applicable service flow may request it.

Retention, correction and deletion

Data is retained only as needed for the service, legitimate operational requirements and applicable law. Abandoned anonymous CareerDNA sessions and deleted conversations are subject to bounded cleanup rules, while reports linked to a registered account remain available until they are deleted through an applicable user/admin privacy process. You may contact us to request correction or deletion where applicable. Security controls reduce risk but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Cookies and technical data

Essential cookies/local storage may be used for login, security, session continuity, anonymous CareerDNA ownership and assessment progress. If optional third-party analytics such as GA4 or Meta Pixel are enabled, those scripts are consent-gated and do not load until analytics permission is granted. Myaibaba also keeps technical health, incident, pseudonymised security-audit and release evidence such as component status, error metadata, response timing and version information; diagnostic records are designed not to store API keys or assessment answers.
